7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Load In
Exhibitor can move their own equipment in and set up booths; please check in at the show office for your ID bands and show information packets.
12:00 PM Doors Open
Exhibitors need to have their booths staffed and ready to go.
6:00 PM Doors Close
Exhibitors have another hour to clear the building
Saturday February 10
10:00 AM Doors Open
Exhibitors can enter at 9:00 AM and bring more supplies if they need to, again booths need to be staffed and ready to go at 10:00 AM sharp.
5:00 PM Doors Close
Exhibitors have another hour to clear the building
Sunday February 11
10:00 AM Doors Open
Exhibitors can enter at 9:00 AM Saturday & Sunday and bring more supplies if they need, booths need to be staffed and ready to go at 10:00 AM sharp.
4:00 PM Doors Close
Exhibitors have three hours to clear the building please stay with your booth until 4PM
(Please put cardboard and recyclables in the aisles every evening for pick up)
